Our Mission is to follow Jesus in His mission, using His methods and obeying His mandates to make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that He commanded.
Our Church is our gathering of believers. The building is an edifice.
The Bible is a lamp unto our feet. The church constitution and bylaws are a framework of man-drawn boundaries.
Repentance, confession, and salvation are a covenant, our contract with God. The legal corporate entity such as an article of incorporation or a 501-c-3 is a government leash.
Our method is to go out and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that He commanded. A Church without boundaries.
Let’s do the work of God and establish a Christian Fellowship and a Christian Bible study in every neighborhood, in every city in every state, and in any place God provides.
Our Mission is
- To practice and demonstrate Christian community, as we go;
- To Network with believers;
- To demonstrate the love of Christ to one another and the world around us, as we go;
- To teach and preach the Gospel of Jesus in our attitudes, actions, deeds and, when necessary, through words, as we go;
- To make disciples, baptizing believers, caring for those brothers and sisters in need, laying hands on the sick, all in obedience to His Words, in preparation for His Return, as we go.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28, verses 19 and 20.
As we are being filled with the Presence of God’s Spirit, we will live The Truths of God’s Word. We will show others about His Amazing Love, His Mercy and Grace as we live in Christian Fellowship and community, thereby spreading the Good News of Jesus’ Christ and tell of His coming return.
We will follow the model of Acts 2:42, by continually devoting ourselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. We will pray and endeavor, as did the Apostles, to sense of the awe of God; and all those who believe, together have all things in common; and as necessary, sell our property and possessions in order to share them with all, as anyone might have need.
