Know Your Enemy

It is very important that you read these quotes by Karl Marx, known as the ‘Father of Communism’ and quotes by Vladimir Lenin, the man who developed a murderous variant of communist ideology known as Leninism.

In them, you will see and better understand the things you see happening in our world, today. They are still the methods, strategies and techniques for establishing Marxism and a One World Government. They have always been and still are the standard and goal of Marxism. You should know these things to know how the modern Globalist-Marxist thinks and what they are accomplishing:

The Marxist Dialectic Methodology

Methodologies, strategies and tactics employed effectively in political and social conflicts.

Military Maneuvers of War

Penetration of the center, envelopment of a single flank, envelopment of both flanks, attack in oblique order, feigned retreat, attack from a defensive position and the indirect approach.

A commander often must employ more than one maneuver to achieve victory; he may try to penetrate the center but fail, feign a retreat and then envelop a single flank. Each has advantages and disadvantages, while may be more effective in some situations and less in others.

There is also One Modern Maneuver of War: offensive revolutionary guerrilla warfare. This maneuver has actually been around for a while, but is only now becoming a legitimate, effective means of victory. The strategy is to create diversions to distract and confuse your adversary, and while he is distracted, attack him at his core.

This military tactic is also effective in political, religious and social conflict. The dominant philosophy driving this strategy comes from a tactic known as the Hegelian Dialectic, developed by George Wilhelm Hegel, an influential German philosopher in the 18th and 19th century.

What about Hegel?

“…the State ‘has the supreme right against the individual, whose supreme duty is to be a member of the State… for the right of the world spirit is above all special privileges.'” Author/historian William Shirer, quoting George Hegel in his The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich (1959, page 144)

In 1847 the London Communist League (Karl Marx and Frederick Engels) used Hegel’s theory of the dialectic to back up their economic theory of communism. Now, in the 21st century, Hegelian-Marxist thinking affects our entire social and political structure. The Hegelian dialectic is the framework for guiding our thoughts and actions into conflicts that lead us to a predetermined solution.

If we do not understand how the Hegelian dialectic shapes our perceptions of the world, then we do not know how we are helping to implement their vision. When we remain locked into dialectical thinking, we cannot see out of the box.

Hegel’s dialectic is the tool which manipulates us into a frenzied circular pattern of thought and action. Every time we fight for or defend against an ideology, we are playing a necessary role in Marx and Engels’ grand design to advance humanity into a dictatorship of the proletariat.

The synthetic Hegelian solution to all these conflicts can’t be introduced unless we all take a side that will advance the agenda. For example, a person can draw you into a conflict and convince you to take a side by feigning a desire to understand your point of view in search of common ground for cooperation or compromise.

It goes something like this: We don’t agree on a religious view. Your opponent states their case and asks that you help them understand your views. You have now been drawn into the ‘dialectic’. They will always respond with a counterpoint, criticism and ridicule. If you do not concede to a compromise, they will inevitably resort to condescension and threats. Your opponent will be tireless and relentless in perpetuating the conflict until they gain a compromise from you.

The Marxist-Socialist’s main goal is Global domination. (Marxists truly believe the world will eliminate wars, hunger, poverty and will experience global prosperity if they achieve their aims.) A primary tactic is diversion (false flags) through this dialectic process, they have been successful at distracting their adversaries while advancing their causes, unimpeded.

For example, certain branches of the central Socialist organization may create simultaneous debates on a myriad of important social, economic, political and religious issues. I will use the issue of abortion for an example. Having carefully orchestrated a national debate which occupies the nation’s attention, and the adversary is sufficiently distracted, the Marxist-Socialist machine goes about their business of building their Global Marxist apparatus.

Here is one small example: #1. THESIS: A Democrat (i.e., socialist) says to a Republican (i.e., conservative), It is a woman’s right to abortion. The two sides argue and debate the point.

#2. ANTITHESIS: The unborn have rights and abortion is murder.

#3. SYNTHESIS: (Compromise) Abortion should be allowed in the case of incest, rape or to save the mother’s life. The conservative agrees to the compromise.

The results? The Conservative has ceded 25% of the high ground on abortion. The new reality is that the conservative’s position is now 75% of what it had been, and the Socialist’s position has grown 100%.

This process repeats, and the conservative falls into the trap again, losing 25% again and the Socialist gains 50%. Repeated long enough, the conservative is in disarray, having lost the argument and the superior position, all abortion is legal including infanticide, but the conflict escalates and continues.

These skirmishes are numerous and growing. Gun rights, civil liberties, homosexual rights, transgenderism, global warming, onerous taxation, socialized medicine, social security, etc.

All the while, the Marxist-Socialist have gained political and social advantage worldwide, unnoticed and unimpeded.

When we understand what motivated Hegel, we can see his influence on all of our destinies. Hegelian conflicts steer every political arena on the planet, from the United Nations to the major American political parties, all the way down to local school boards and community councils.

Dialogues and consensus-building are primary tools of the dialectic, and terror and intimidation are also acceptable formats for obtaining the goal. The ultimate Third Way agenda is world government. Once we get what’s really going on, we can cut the strings and move our lives in original directions outside the confines of the dialectical madness. Focusing on Hegel’s and Engel’s ultimate agenda, and avoiding getting caught up in their impenetrable theories of social evolution, gives us the opportunity to think and act our way toward freedom, justice, and genuine liberty for all.

Today, the dialectic is active in every political issue that encourages taking sides. We can see it in

environmentalists instigating conflicts against private property owners, in
democrats against republicans, in
greens against libertarians, in
communists against socialists, in
neocons against traditional conservatives, in
community activists against individuals, in
pro-choice versus pro-life

No matter what the issue, the invisible dialectic aims to control both the conflict and the resolution of differences, and leads everyone involved into a new cycle of conflicts.

The ‘Dialectic’ and the Marxist’s global agenda is moving along at breakneck speed. The only way to completely stop the privacy invasions, expanding domestic police powers, land grabs, insane wars against inanimate objects (and transient verbs), covert actions, and outright assaults on individual liberty, is to step outside the dialectic. This releases us from the limitations of controlled and guided thought.

(What We Can And Must DO About It)

Everything you read in this article, “America Under Siege”, has been foretold through Biblical prophecy over 2,800 years ago. Various New Testament writings by Jesus and the Apostles Paul, John and Peter, brought some clarity to these prophecies and gave clues to timelines along with certain instructions and warnings.

The intended purposes of this article are to correctly frame the context of current and past world events and the inexorable march toward a Socialist-Marxist One World Government, from a Biblical worldview, and to outline actionable steps of what we can and must take.

American culture, societal norms, family structures, personal freedoms, legacy and history are being desecrated, destroyed and dissolved. Our Constitutional ‘guarantees’ are being ignored, violated and negated. You might say our Constitution is being shredded right before our eyes, and no one is doing anything to stop it.

The Democrat Party in America has adopted and is practicing Socialist-Marxism. Their plan is the dissolution of our way of life with the plan of merging the United States into a confederation of a one world government. (see, “Our Global Neighborhood“)

The so-called Conservative leadership in America is either complicit, or has become ineffective, self-serving and cowardly – or both. Conservatives in congress are being soundly defeated in a political war for the soul and existence of America, which they don’t understand, using outdated methods against a foe who is expert at a new style of guerrilla warfare.

We are losing, and in fact, may have already lost our nation, our freedoms and our way of life, and it is getting worse.

The Marxist organization, UNESCO, through their Agenda 21, over the past 75 years, have developed an advanced framework for the dissolution of every nation’s sovereignty and borders. Their plan, “when implemented, will bring all the people of the world into a global neighborhood managed by a world-wide bureaucracy, under the direct authority of a minute handful of appointed individuals, and policed by thousands of individuals, paid by accredited NGOs, certified to support a belief system which contains ideas that are foreign to the American experience, and ignores other values and ideas that are precious to the American experience.” (The Commission on Global Governance, 1996; also see, Global Governance, Our Global Neighborhood, The Report of the Commission on Global Governance)

There was a World Summit on Sustainable Development, held in New York City, NY, USA, September 15-17, 2015, in which a date of 2030 has been set for complete global dominance by this Marxist global movement.

As of this date, August 31, 2021, these Globalists, have been embedded in our U.S.government, in our legal system at every level, in our religious systems, in our churches, in our school, colleges and institutions of higher education. Over 528 American cities are members of “Local Governments for Sustainability”, which is the Agenda 21 program at the local level. Also known as “ICLEI”, an international Marxist and Socialist leaning sustainability organization, that helps to implement the Agenda 21 and Local Agenda 21 concepts across the world. The United States has nearly half of the ICLEI’s global membership of 1,200 cities promoting sustainable development at a local level. (Former presidents, Bill Clinton and George Bush, were responsible for promoting and implementing these Marxists programs in America.)

UNESCO, Agenda 21 and their various entities are using Marxist methods to erase and eradicate the culture, history and legacy of the countries and nations both in Europe and in America.

It is made more difficult to stop the dissolution of our America, since we, in America, have forgotten the principles upon which our country was built. The principles which made America the greatest nation the world has ever seen are principles which spring from the Judeo-Christian ethos. This is reflected in all our founding documents and in the personalities and lives of our founding fathers.

The spiritual evil swallowing our Nation has always lurked in our world, infecting and infesting the minds of people who, then, manifest this evil on earth, killing, stealing and destroying everything good. Because of our Nation was founded on Biblical principles, and our nation trusted and followed God, we have been protected and blessed. Now, we have gone our own way and forgotten God and His Ways, and judgment has come.

Any attempt to win back our Nation and our freedoms will take an extraordinary effort, supreme personal sacrifice and a lifetime effort, and there are very few willing to make such a commitment.

But, there still may be hope. There are still some Americans willing to carry this fight to the enemy, and would be willing to make the commitment if they knew who to follow, knew just what to do and how to do it. But, it appears there will be no help from the leadership of any existing political, social or religious organization. It would have to be a true grassroots movement with a new type of leadership. It will take fearless men and women who are full of faith in God, who will not compromise on God’s Word and Ways, who will not surrender nor will they quit, even in the face of ruin or death.

The following pages will articulate the steps we must take to engage the enemy and drive this manifest evil from our land. I have abbreviated, simplified these steps, but they will work if you and I will do them. It will take each one of us doing our part.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO “GET READY & TO STAY READY”?

Jesus tells us in Mathew chapters 24 & 25

Matthew 24:31 says, “And He will send forth His angels with A GREAT TRUMPET and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.

Verse 36. “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. 37 “For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah. 38 “For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be. 40 “Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one will be left. 41 “Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one will be left.”

Be Ready for His Coming

Verse 42. “Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming. Verse 43. “But be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert and would not have allowed his house to be broken into. Verse 44. “For this reason you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.

Verse 50. “the master of that slave will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour which he does not know, verse 51, and will cut him in pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

1. LEARN AND KNOW THE SIGNS, WELL. Don’t be caught unaware, study now.

Matthew 24:32-35 says, “Now learn the parable from the fig tree: when its branch has already become tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near; so, you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door. “Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place. “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.”

2. KNOW THAT IT WILL BE SUDDEN. There will be no time to get ready, later. The time for preparation is now.

Matthew 24:36-41 says, “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. “For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah. “For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be. “Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one will be left. “Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one will be left.“

3. BE ALERT, READY TO RISE UP. You must be on guard, supplied and ready to defend.

Matthew 24:42-44 says, “Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming. “But be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert and would not have allowed his house to be broken into. “For this reason you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.”

4. BE FULL OF FAITH, WISE, RESPONSIBLE. You will either be put in charge of caring for yourself and others, or you will perish. Do not linger. Today is the day to prepare.

Matthew 24:45-47 says, “Who then is the faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of his household to give them their food at the proper time? 46“Blessed is that slave whom his master finds so doing when he comes. 47“Truly I say to you that he will put him in charge of all his possessions.”

OR PERISH

Matthew 24:48-51 says, “But if that evil slave says in his heart, ‘My master is not coming for a long time,’ and begins to beat his fellow slaves and eat and drink with drunkards; the master of that slave will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour which he does not know, and will cut him in pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

5. STAY READY, FILLED, ALERT. You must be supplied, filled, aware, alert and ready to go into the Kingdom of God. There is no second chance, despite what others are telling you. This is your one chance.

Matthew 25:1-13 says, “Then the kingdom of heaven will be comparable to ten virgins, who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish, and five were prudent. “For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them, but the prudent took oil in flasks along with their lamps. “Now while the bridegroom was delaying, they all got drowsy and began to sleep. “But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’ “Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps. “The foolish said to the prudent, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ “But the prudent answered, ‘No, there will not be enough for us and you too; go instead to the dealers and buy some for yourselves.’ “And while they were going away to make the purchase, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut. “Later the other virgins also came, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open up for us.’ “But he answered, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’ “Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour.”

6. INVEST YOURSELF. Spend your time, money and effort getting ready for His Return. When Jesus comes, He will settle accounts. You are either ready or you will be considered as a worthless slave and cast into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Matthew 25:14-30 says, “For it is just like a man about to go on a journey, who called his own slaves and entrusted his possessions to them. “To one he gave five talents, to another, two, and to another, one, each according to his own ability; and he went on his journey. 16“Immediately the one who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and gained five more talents. In the same manner the one who had received the two talents gained two more. “But he who received the one talent went away, and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.

Now after a long time the master of those slaves came and settled accounts with them. “The one who had received the five talents came up and brought five more talents, saying, ‘Master, you entrusted five talents to me. See, I have gained five more talents.’ “His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’

“Also the one who had received the two talents came up and said, ‘Master, you entrusted two talents to me. See, I have gained two more talents.’ “His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’

“And the one also who had received the one talent came up and said, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow and gathering where you scattered no seed. ‘And I was afraid, and went away and hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what is yours.’

“But his master answered and said to him, ‘You wicked, lazy slave, you knew that I reap where I did not sow and gather where I scattered no seed. Then you ought to have put my money in the bank, and on my arrival I would have received my money back with interest. Therefore take away the talent from him, and give it to the one who has the ten talents.’

For to everyone who has, more shall be given, and he will have an abundance; but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away. “Throw out the worthless slave into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO TO BE READY

We are told that our first line of defense and our most effective offense is to trust in the Lord our God.

Next in order of priority is to be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might and to put on the full armor of God, so that we will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:10-17)

FULL ARMOR OF GOD: Therefore, we are to take up the full armor of God,

RESIST IN THE EVIL DAY: So that we will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything,

STAND FIRM: Stand firm. Stand firm therefore,

PUT ON TRUTH: HAVING GIRDED YOUR LOINS WITH TRUTH, and

PUT ON RIGHTEOUSNESS: HAVING PUT ON THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, and

PREPARE WITH THE GOSPEL OF PEACE: having shod YOUR FEET WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE;

FAITH: In addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. And take THE HELMET OF SALVATION, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

PRAY: With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,

HOW WE SHALL DO IT

Readiness and your response becomes a matter of faith, obedience to His Word, walking in His Spirit and speaking His Word.

“BE READY FOR HIS COMING”

Matthew 24:1-2 says, “Jesus came out from the temple and was going away when His disciples came up to point out the temple buildings to Him. And He (Jesus) said to them (His disciples),“Do you not see all these things? Truly I say to you, not one stone here will be left upon another, which will not be torn down.”

Verse 3. “As He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” Verse 4. “And Jesus answered and said to them (His disciples), “See to it that no one misleads you.”

These foregoing words of Jesus were spoken to, and are meant for, His disciples.

(See Matthew chapter 24 verses 1-4. (This may seem like a ‘long read’ or podcast, depending on how you choose to follow along,, but, these are the very Words of Jesus and He answers all the key questions of being ready for His return, and, it’s worth your time.),

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO “BE READY”?

Matthew 24:32-51 and Matthew 25:1-46

Parable of the Fig Tree

Verse 32. “Now learn the parable from the fig tree: when its branch has already become tender and puts forth its leaves, you know that summer is near; verse 33. so, you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He is near, right at the door. Verse 34. “Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place. Verse 35. “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.

Verse 36. “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. Verse 37. “For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah.”

What Those Days Will Be Like?

Verse 38. “For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,
Verse 39. and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away;
so will the coming of the Son of Man be. Verse 40. “Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one will be left. Verse 41. “Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one will be left.”

I. What Should You Do to be Ready for His Coming – The reason for Readiness

(Compare these 4 parables for the answer)

Matthew 24, Verse 42. “Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.
Verse 43. “But be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert and would not have allowed his house to be broken into.
Verse 44. “For this reason you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.”

Benefits of Readiness

Matthew 24, Verse 45. “Who then is the faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of his household to give them their food at the proper time? Verse 46. “Blessed is that slave whom his master finds so doing when he comes. Verse 47. “Truly I say to you that he will put him in charge of all his possessions.”

Consequences for Carelessness regarding His Coming

Verse 48. “But if that evil slave says in his heart, ‘My master is not coming for a long time,’ Verse 49. and begins to beat his fellow slaves and eat and drink with drunkards;
Verse 50. the master of that slave will come on a day when he does not expect himand at an hour which he does not know,
Verse 51. and will cut him in pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.”

II. What Should You Do to be Ready for His Coming – The reason for Readiness

Parable of Ten Virgins

Matthew 25:1-46 says, “Then the kingdom of heaven will be comparable to ten virgins, who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom.

Verse 2. “Five of them were foolish, and five were prudent. Verse 3. “For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them, verse 4. but the prudent took oil in flasks along with their lamps.
Verse 5. “Now while the bridegroom was delaying, they all got drowsy and beganto sleep. Verse 6. “But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet ’ Verse 7. “Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps.
Verse 8. “The foolish said to the prudent, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ Verse 9. “But the prudent answered, ‘No, there will not be enough for us and you too;go instead to the dealers and buy some for yourselves.’

Benefits of Readiness

Verse 10. “And while they were going away to make the purchase, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast;and the door was shut.

Consequences for Carelessness regarding His Coming

Verse 11. “Later the other virgins also came, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open up for us.’ Verse 12. “But he answered, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’
Verse 13. “Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour.

III. What Should You Do to be Ready for His Coming – The reason for Readiness

Parable of the Talents

Matthew 25:14. “For it is just like a man about to go on a journey, who called his own slaves and entrusted his possessions to them. Verse 15. “To one he gave five talents, to another, two, and to another, one, each according to his own ability; and he went on his journey.
Verse 16. “Immediately the one who had received the five talents went and traded with them, and gained five more talents. Verse 17. “In the same manner the one who had receivedthe two talents gained two more. Verse 18. “But he who received the one talent went away, and dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.

Benefits of Readiness

Verse 19. “Now after a long time the master of those slaves came and settled accounts with them. Verse 20. “The one who had received the five talents came up and brought five more talents, saying, ‘Master, you entrusted five talents to me. See, I have gained five more talents.’
Verse 21. “His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’
Verse 22. “Also the one who had received the two talents came up and said, ‘Master, you entrusted two talents to me. See, I have gained two more talents.’ Verse 23. “His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful slave. You were faithful with a few things, I will put you in charge of many things; enter into the joy of your master.’

Consequences for Carelessness regarding His Coming

Verse 24. “And the one also who had received the one talent came up and said, ‘Master, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you did not sow and gathering where you scattered no Verse 25. ‘And I was afraid, and went away and hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what is yours.’
Verse 26. “But his master answered and said to him, ‘You wicked, lazy slave, you knew that I reap where I did not sow and gather where I scattered no Verse 27. ‘Then you ought to have put my money in the bank, and on my arrival I would have received my money back with interest. Verse 28. ‘Therefore take away the talent from him, and give it to the one who has the ten talents.’
Verse 29. “For to everyone who has, moreshall be given, and he will have an abundance; but from the one who does not have, even what he does have shall be taken away.
Verse 30. “Throw out the worthless slave into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

IV. What Should You Do to be Ready for His Coming – The reason for Readiness

The Judgment

Matthew 25:31, “But when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne. 32“All the nations will be gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; 33and He will put the sheep on His right, and the goats on the left.

Verse 34. “Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. Verse 35. ‘For I was hungry, and you gave Me somethingto eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; Verse 36. naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.’
Verse 37. “Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You somethingto drink? Verse 38. ‘And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You? Verse 39. ‘When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’

Benefits of Readiness

Verse 40. “The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, eventhe least of them, you did it to Me.’

Consequences for Carelessness regarding His Coming

Verse 41. “Then He will also say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels;
Verse 42. for I was hungry, and you gave Me nothingto eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me nothing to drink; Verse 43. I was a stranger, and you did not invite Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.’
Verse 44. “Then they themselves also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not take care of You?’
Verse 45. “Then He will answer them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ Verse 46. “These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”

Please take note of the consistency of these parables. Each scenario tells of a coming judgment and either a reward for the faithful servant or the punishment of perishing for the unfaithful and unprepared servants.

(PLEASE NOTE: This is not a matter to be argued, such as “once saved, always saved” or “they were never saved in the first place”. This is a matter of being a prepared and of being a faithful servant or, of being a person who is unprepared and just “going through the motions” of Christianity.)

The foregoing Words of Jesus, from Matthew, chapters 24 and 25, are written to His disciples (Christians). So, if you are not a Christian, a disciple of Jesus, you probably don’t understand what He is saying, and most likely, consider all this as foolishness, as, God has told us that spiritual matters are Spiritually discerned and you must have the Spirit of God within you to understand.

If you have any sense of the gravity of this message, you can turn to God now, and, confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

Where Are We Now?

The date, at the time of this writing, is August 22, 2021. There is a convergence and concurrence of global events, as never been seen before, in alignment with Bible prophecy. The branch of the olive tree has become tender and is putting forth its leaves, so, you know that summer is near; so, too, when you see all these things, recognize that Jesus is near, right at the door!

Where Do We Go From Here?

The Bible shows us the Spiritual War that has been raging for millennia, first in the spiritual realm and then on earth. That war is intensifying and the final Judgments of God are soon to follow. After these judgments, Jesus and His armies of heaven will appear to defeat the Beast and the False Prophet. Until that final day, we, who are on earth, are commanded to join the battle. This is critical.

We are told that our first line of defense and our most effective offense is to trust in the Lord our God.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:10-17)

FULL ARMOR OF GOD: Therefore, we are to take up the full armor of God,

RESIST IN THE EVIL DAY: So that we will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything,

STAND FIRM: Stand firm. Stand firm therefore,

PUT ON TRUTH: HAVING GIRDED YOUR LOINS WITH TRUTH, and

PUT ON RIGHTEOUSNESS: HAVING PUT ON THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, and

PREPARE WITH THE GOSPEL OF PEACE: having shod YOUR FEET WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE;

PRAY: With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,

How Shall We Do It?

Readiness and your response becomes a matter of faith, obedience to His Word, walking in His Spirit and speaking His Word.

Understand the meaning of: “Jeremiah 12:5, “If you have run with footmen and they have tired you out, Then how can you compete with horses? If you fall down in a land of peace, How will you do in the thicket of the Jordan?”

DO THESE THINGS

Luke 15:10-18 says, “Then He continued by saying to them, “Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be great earthquakes, and in various places plagues and famines; and there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.

(Note: Luke 15 contains the description of the first five Tribulation Seals which began around AD 1, and those who are alive on earth during these times, must endure.)

“But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and will persecute you, delivering you to the synagogues and prisons, bringing you before kings and governors for My name’s sake.

“It will lead to an opportunity for your testimony. So make up your minds not to prepare beforehand to defend yourselves;

“for, I will give you utterance and wisdom which none of your opponents will be able to resist or refute.

“But you will be betrayed even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death, and you will be hated by all because of My name.

“Yet not a hair of your head will perish.

“By your endurance you will gain your lives.“

So make up your minds not to prepare beforehand to defend yourselves;
I will give you utterance and wisdom which none of your opponents will be able to resist or refute.
Yet not a hair of your head will perish.
By your endurance you will gain your lives.

Isaiah 54:17 says, “No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their vindication is from Me,” declares the Lord.

No weapon that is formed against you will prosper;
And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn

Matthew 21:21 says, ”And Jesus answered and said to them, “Truly I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ it will happen.”

if you … it will happen

John 15:7-8 says, “If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so [d]prove to be My disciples.”

If you abide in Me, and
My words abide in you,
ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

Revelation 12:10-11 says, “Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night. And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.

Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come

Thus says the Lord.

WHEN IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST GIVEN?

THE ANTICHRIST AND THE MARK OF THE BEAST

The Antichrist?

No one knows who the Antichrist will be, but we do know that when he is revealed he will not be a frightening figure. In fact, he will be just the opposite until he has gained power.

There is a reference in Daniel 11:21 comparing Antiochus Epiphanes to a type of Antichrist, who is one of the most brutal rulers known in history, easily eclipsing the horrors of Adolph Hitler and his Third Reich.

But, the horrors of Antiochus Epiphanes will pale in comparison to the brutality and horror of the coming Antichrist.

Traits of the Antichrist Described in the Bible

Intelligent: Revelation 13:18; Daniel 7:8.
Charismatic Speaker: Daniel 7:8 Revelation 13:5.
Crafty Politician: Daniel 9:27; Revelation 17:12, 13, 17.
Distinct Physical Appearance: Daniel 7:20.
Military Genius: Revelation 4; 17:14; 19:19.
Economic Genius: Daniel 11:38.
Blasphemer: Revelation 13:6.
Utterly Lawless: 2 Thessalonians 2:8.
Selfish, Ambitious Egomaniac: Daniel 11:36, 37; 2 Thessalonians 2:4.
Greedy Materialist: Daniel 11:38.
Controlling: Daniel 7:25.
Proud and Self-exalting Above God and Everything: Daniel 11:36; 2 Thessalonians. 2:4.

What is the purpose of the Antichrist?

His purpose is to deceive. The Antichrist is a person prophesied by the Bible to oppose Christ and substitute himself in Christ’s place before the Second Coming.

What will the Antichrist do?

Revelation 13:11 says, “Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon.”

He exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence.
And he makes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose fatal wound was healed.
He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the presence of men.
And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given him to perform in the presence of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who *had the wound of the sword and has come to life.
And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast would even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the beast to be killed.
And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead,
and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.

“Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six.” Revelation 13:11-18.

He will doom anyone who receives his “Mark” and worships him, to suffer God’s Wrath. “So the first angel went and poured out his bowl on the earth; and it became a loathsome and malignant sore on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.” Revelation 16:2

Those which he deceived, those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image, are thrown alive into the lake of fire which burns with brimstone. Revelation 19:20

WHAT IS THE MARK OF THE BEAST

No one knows what ‘the mark’ will actually look like. There is speculation that it could be an image, (an icon), or a microchip or a tattooed type of barcode used in place of money or credit cards for tracking, commerce and trade. But, from scriptures we do know…

And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be givena mark on their right hand or on their forehead,
and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell,except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.
Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six. Revelation 13:11-18

WHEN WILL THIS BEAST GIVE HIS MARK?

The popular idea in many church denominations is that

- the Antichrist will give his “Mark of the Beast” before The Tribulation period but that
- he will not be revealed until after the rapture of the Church.

Revelation 3:16-17 says, He will “cause all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.” from, Revelation 13:16-17.

HOWEVER, the Bible clearly tells us that

- the Antichrist will be revealed BEFORE the rapture of the church and
- he will give his Mark of the Beast AFTER the rapture of the Church.

I. Anti-Christ is revealed before the rapture

The Apostle Paul informs us, in 2 Thessalonians1:4 that, “Now we request you, brethren, with regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, that you not be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a message or a letter as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.“

The Great Apostasy and the persecution of the saints occurs sometime during the 5th Tribulation Seal, or just at the beginning of the 6th Tribulation Seal. (Compare Matthew 24: 9-10 with Revelation 6:9-122 and you will see the the great persecution of Believers and accompanied by the Great Apostasy)

We are seeing the 5th Tribulation Seal being opened in our lifetime, the great apostasy or falling away from the faith, false messiahs, great deceptions, a.k.a. the ‘deluding influence’ and alienation from one another, and it is become more pronounced as time passes.

As I have proposed on numerous occasions, the Tribulation Seal Judgments One through Four, (wars and rumors of war, famines, plagues, earthquakes, spread of new diseases) began in or around AD 1. (click this link for “When Does Daniel’s 70th Week, also known as, the 7 Years of Great Tribulation, begin).

RECAP

Verse 2. “you not be quickly shaken from your composure or be disturbed either by a spirit or a message or a letter as if from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come.
Verse 3. “Let no one in any way deceive you, for it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and
the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, Verse 4. who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.”

II. The Mark of the Beast comes AFTER the Rapture

And according to the Bible, the Antichrist gives his ‘Mark’ after the Seal Judgments, after the Rapture, and just after the 6th Tribulation Trumpet Judgment and at the advent of 7th Trumpet Judgment, which is the Mid-Point of the Great Tribulation, which is after three and one half years of the final 7 years of the Great Tribulation period.

Revelation 13:16-17 tells us when the Antichrist “causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, Verse 17. and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.”

The placement of Mark of the Beast, as mentioned in the scriptures, also tells us it is immediately following the 6^th Judgment Trumpet:

Seven trumpets are sounded (Seen in Revelation Chapters 8, 9, and 12).

First Trumpet: Hail and fire, mingled with blood, are thrown to the earth burning up a third of the trees and green grass. (Revelation 8:6–7)
Second Trumpet: Something that resembles a great mountain, burning with fire, falls from the sky and lands in the ocean. It kills a third of the sea creatures and destroys a third of the ships at sea. (Revelation 8:8–9)
Third Trumpet: A great star, named Wormwood, falls from heaven and poisons a third of the rivers and springs of water. (Revelation 8:10–11)
Fourth Trumpet: A third of the sun, the moon, and the stars are darkened creating complete darkness for a third of the day and the night. (8:12–13)
Fifth Trumpet: The First Woe, (Revelation 9:1–12)
1. A “star” falls from the sky, (Revelation 9:1).
2. This “star” is given “the key to the bottomless pit”, (Revelation 9:1).
3. The “star” then opens the bottomless pit. When this happens, “smoke [rises] from [the Abyss] like smoke from a gigantic furnace. The sun and sky [are] darkened by the smoke from the Abyss” (Revelation 9:2).
4. From out of the smoke, locusts who are “given power like that of scorpions of the earth” (9:3), who are commanded not to harm anyone or anything except for people who were not given the “seal of God” on their foreheads, (from chapter Revelation chapter,7,and Revelation 9:4).
5. The “locusts” are described as having a human appearance (faces and hair) but with lion’s teeth, and wearing “breastplates of iron”; the sound of their wings resembles “the thundering of many horses and chariots rushing into battle”, (found in Revelation 9:7–9).
Sixth Trumpet: The Second Woe, (found in Revelation 9:13–21)
1. The four angelsbound to the great river Euphrates are released to prepare two hundred million horsemen.
2. These armies kill a third of mankind by plagues of fire, smoke, and brimstone.
Interlude: The little scroll. (found in Revelation 10:1–11)
1. An angel appears, with one foot on the sea and one foot on the land, having an opened little book in his hand.
2. Upon the cry of the angel, seven thunders utter mysteries and secrets that are not to be written down by John.
3. John is instructed to eat the little scroll that happens to be sweet in his mouth, but bitter in his stomach, and to prophesy.
4. John is given a measuring rod to measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there.
5. Outside the temple, at the court of the holy city, it is trod by the nations for forty-two months (which is 3 and 1⁄2 years).
6. Two witnesses prophesy for 1,260 days, clothed in sackcloth. (Revelation 11:1–14)
Seventh Trumpet, (found in Revelation 11:15–19): This is the Third Woe which is followed by the Seven Bowls.
The Beast gives his ‘MARK’. so that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the ‘Mark of the Beast’.
The temple of God opens in heaven, where the ark of His covenant can be seen. There are lightnings, noises, thunderings, an earthquake, and great hail.

What Does This Mean to You?

What this means to you and to me is that some will have the opportunity to suffer awhile before the Rapture. But, no Christian will suffer the Wrath of God, following the 6^th Tribulation Seal.

Before the Rapture

Other names for the the tribulation Seals 1 through 5 is the ‘BIRTH PAINS’ or ‘the beginning of birth pangs’. Christians may suffer during this time. How do we know this? The Bible says so:

1 Peter1:3 says, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

verse 4 . to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,
verse 5. who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
verse 6. In this you greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, verse 7. so that the proof of your faith, beingmore precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ;”

Revelation 6:9 tells us that, “When the Lamb broke the fifth seal,

I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained; verse 10. and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, will You refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”
Verse 11. And there was given to each of them a white robe; and they were told that they should rest for a little while longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brethren who were to be killed even as they had been,would be completed also.

After the Rapture

The Great Tribulation also known as The Wrath of God, that is the Wrath of the Lamb, begins with the breaking or opening of the 6th Seal of the Tribulation.

NOTE: The final 7 years of Daniel’s 70 Weeks, also known as the 7 Years of the Great Tribulation, will begin with the Breaking of the Sixth Tribulation Seal. It will reach the mid-point (after 3 1/2 years) at the Blowing of the 7th Trumpet Judgment and will conclude with the pouring out of the 7th Bowl Judgment.

Contrary to popular denomination beliefs of some, NO ONE WILL BE SAVED AFTER THE SIXTH TRUMPET JUDGEMENT. (Revelation 9:20-21, “The rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands so as not to worship demons and the idols of gold, silver, brass, stone, and wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk; and they did not repent of their murders, nor of their witchcraft, nor of their sexual immorality, nor of their thefts.” Also, Revelation 16:10-11 warns, “Then the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom became darkened; and they gnawed their tongues because of pain, and they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores; and they did not repent of their deeds.”

Be comforted by this, that “God has not appointed us (Christians) to His Wrath but for obtaining salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 Thessalonians 5:9

If My kingdom were of this world, *then My servants would be fighting so that I would not be handed over to the Jews

I have heard many Christian friends say something like, “We have to do something about the Leftists, the Progressives, the Liberals and the Marxists taking over America from within. It’s time we stand up and fight!”

When and if I respond, I might say, “I understand how you feel. I often feel the same. However, Jesus has said we have a different mission and calling.”

No one, without exception, has agreed with my response, and, it usually provokes the person to disagree and disapprove or go silent with a look of anger and dissatisfaction on their face.

I, honestly, get so angry at what I see happening in our once great nation, I have to find a way to calm down and not think thoughts of revenge.

So, why do I believe and say that Jesus would not approve of Christians taking up the defense of America, either politically, socially or militarily?

Jesus repeatedly reminds us that we have a different agenda than the agenda of this world. And, this is not the first (nor the last?) time the world will go after its own ideas and reject God.

One of the earliest attempts by mankind to become like God and to replace God with man’s own efforts, is recorded in Genesis chapter 11. According to the Biblical account, the descendants of Noah had become numerous and a united humanity in the generations following the Great Flood. They were speaking a single language and migrating eastward, they settled in a land named Shinar. There, the Babylonians wanted a tower that would “reach to the heavens” so that they could be like God and that they would not need Him. They began to construct the great ziggurat.

God rejected the pride and arrogance of these people, so, He caused the people to suddenly speak different languages so they could not communicate and work together to build the tower. He confused their language. The tower was named The Tower of Babel because the word Babel means confusion. This caused the people to scatter across the land.

Genesis 11:4 reads, ”They said, “Come, let us build for ourselves a city, and a tower whose top will reach into heaven, and let us make for ourselves a name, otherwise we will be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.”

Verse 5. “The Lord came down to see the city and the tower which the sons of men had built. Verse 6. The Lord said, “Behold, they are one people, and they all have the same language. And this is what they began to do, and now nothing which they purpose to do will be impossible for them.”

The Tower of Babel was a revealing of the sinful and arrogant nature of mankind and his ongoing rebellion toward God. It was also a foreshadowing of what was happen in THE LAST DAYS. And, it is happening now, in America and around the world. People of the world are uniting into a One World Community, with a One World Goverment, reaching for the heavens. The organization is a United Nations specialized agency named UNESCO, the ‘United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization’ claiming to be aimed at promoting world peace and security through international cooperation in education, the sciences, and culture.

The first Director-General of UNESCO, Julian Huxley in 1946, said “The task before UNESCO, is the emergence of a single world culture” by transferring “full sovereignty from separate nations to a world organization.”

The “new world order” will be a socialist, authoritarian global government and court with “global rule of law” and a “one-world economy.”

The stated objectives of this New World Order, which are a cover for the coming socialist, authoritarian global government and court with “global rule of law” and a “one-world economy.” can be found on the United Nations web page Transforming our world: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

The recommendations of the Commission on Global Governance, if implemented, will bring all the people of the world into a global neighborhood managed by a world-wide bureaucracy, under the direct authority of a minute handful of appointed individuals, and policed by thousands of individuals, paid by accredited NGOs, certified to support a belief system which contains ideas that are foreign to the American experience, and ignores other values and ideas that are precious to the American experience. As of this date, Globalists, have been embedded in our government, in our religious systems, in our churches, in our school, colleges and institutions of higher education. They are using methods to erase and eradicate the culture, history and legacy both in Europe and in America.

In the United States, over 528 American cities are members of “Local Governments for Sustainability” or “ICLEI”, is an international Marxist and Socialist leaning sustainability organization, that helps to implement the Agenda 21 and Local Agenda 21 concepts across the world. The United States has nearly half of the ICLEI’s global membership of 1,200 cities promoting sustainable development at a local level.

The United States also has one of the most comprehensively documented Agenda 21 status reports. In response to the opposition, Don Knapp, U.S. spokesman for the ICLEI, has said “Sustainable development is not a top-down conspiracy from the U.N., but a bottom-up push from local governments”.

The true hidden agenda of this “migration” and Globalism or One World Government is not stuff of just any book. It is stuff of THE BOOK, which is THE BIBLE

TAKING PLACE NOW

The Bible calls this THE LAST DAYS and the Great Tribulation. Jesus tells us how we are to deal with this long prophesied event, which is taking place, now.

First, in order to understand why Jesus’ instructions and commands seem so antithetical or counter-intuitive to our natural minds, let’s look at His perspective:

Jesus says to the scribes and Pharisees,, in John 8:23, “You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world.

The full text of John 8:12-23 says, “Then Jesus again spoke to them (the The scribes and the Pharisees), saying, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.” So the Pharisees said to Him, “You are testifying about Yourself; Your testimony is not true.” Jesus answered and said to them, “Even if I testify about Myself, My testimony is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from or where I am going. You judge according to the flesh; I am not judging anyone. But even if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone in it, but I and the Father who sent Me. Even in your law it has been written that the testimony of two men is true. I am He who testifies about Myself, and the Father who sent Me testifies about Me.” So they were saying to Him, “Where is Your Father?” Jesus answered, “You know neither Me nor My Father; if you knew Me, you would know My Father also.” These words He spoke in the treasury, as He taught in the temple; and no one seized Him, because His hour had not yet come.

“ Then He said again to them, “I go away, and you will seek Me, and will die in your sin; where I am going, you cannot come.” So the Jews were saying, “Surely He will not kill Himself, will He, since He says, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come’?” Verse 23. And He was saying to them, “You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world, I am not of this world.

We cannot follow Jesus nor can we navigate these Last Days and the Tribulation to come, unless we obtain and understand Jesus’ is living and operating in His Kingdom of Heaven which is “above”. He is not of this world!

Next, in John 15:19, Jesus says to His disciples, “If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you. If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you.”

We, too, as disciples of Jesus, are not of this world. In fact, Ephesians 2:4-7 tells us that we are seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. And, Colossians 3:2 tell us that we are to “Set our minds on the things above, not on the things that are on earth.” The matters of this world are not our primary concern.

Read and hear what the Apostle Peter says about this matter of Christians ‘not being of this world’ in 1 Peter 1:16:

“Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ,

“To those who reside as aliens, scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia,

“who are chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to obey Jesus Christ and be sprinkled with His blood: May grace and peace be yours in the fullest measure.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,

“who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

“In this you greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, so that the proof of your faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ; and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls.

“As to this salvation, the prophets who prophesied of the grace that would come to you made careful searches and inquiries, seeking to know what person or time the Spirit of Christ within them was indicating as He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glories to follow. It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, in these things which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things into which angels long to look.

“Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

“As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”

John 18:36 says that Jesus answered the scribes and the Pharisees, saying, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, *then My servants would be fighting so that I would not be handed over to the Jews; but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm.”

When Peter took a sword and struck the high priest’s slave, and cut off his right ear, Jesus said to Peter, “Put the sword into the sheath; the cup which the Father has given Me, shall I not drink it?” Jesus rebuked Peter and reminded the others that things of this world was not their fight. Their total attention was to be on the mission The Father had given Jesus. This is also true for us, today.

Jesus emphasized that our time on this earth is to be spent doing the Will of The Father, just like Jesus has always done. Our concern is not fighting with this world. Our concern, our calling and our mission is to follow Jesus and to “Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that Jesus has commanded us.”

Our time is short and the harvest fields are white for the harvest.

Satan would love if we would just give up and accept “pacifism. “Or how can one enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man?”

This isn’t pacifism, Wayne. We must not entangle ourselves in the conflicts of this world. If God cannot or does not – of if we cannot or will not trust Him with dominion over evil by the Word of our Testimony and by the Blood of the Lamb, then it’s on us. We cannot live and operate as if we are in the world and as if we are in The Kingdom of God. The two just don’t mix.

I know this is hard. It is hard for me, too. But, it is what the word says. “Live the sword, die by the sword”.

Pacifism is opposition to war or violence as a means of settling disputes, specifically the refusal to bear arms on moral or religious grounds.

First, the WORD of God is written to and for Christians. (It is foolishness to those who don’t believe. They cannot understand it).

We, as Christians, are told we prove we are followers of Christ by our love for one another.

Secondly, there is a mindset (attitude) we are to hold, even for non-believers. We are not to pick fights with them, and we are to avoid conflict with them whenever possible. Romans 12:18 tells us, “If possible, so far as it depends on you, be at peace with all men.” We are to model the life and attitude of Christ.

The Bible never says we should not defend ourselves, although the Apostles did not defend with violence, they went to great lengths to avoid violent conflict. This is our model.

What I believe, the Bible is teaching is the law of non-resistance – not pacifism. Matthew 5:29 says, “But I say to you, do not resist an evil person; but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also.” The word RESIST is a comes from a Greek military term for violent conflict.

James 4:7-8 says we are to, “Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. “

We are to speak the Word of God to evil and the evil one. Our enemies are the rulers, the powers, and the world forces of darkness, and spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. If we engage the enemy there, he is defeated. If we engage him with natural means, it can be a long and bloody war with no end in sight.

This is applicable in “REAL LIFE”. And, it is hard to do because of our flesh and unbelief.

I can give examples of the mighty power of God in and around my life during stressful conflict. It would appear I would suffer great loss. And, at times, I did suffer some loss. But, then came the victory and God has restored what the enemy has stolen; and He has restored what the locust has eaten. But, it has taken faith, patience and endurance. (And, I still doubt, at times).

The Beatles, the wildly popular, and now legendary, singing group from the UK, in 1971 made the equally legendary song, “IMAGINE”:

Life as Atheists, Globalists, Socialists and as Communists.

The Beatles also popularized the song “Come Together”, and, they are not alone. This has been in the imagination of people since ancient times. The Bible records that about 3,000 years ago, mankind made the first effort at a Global Community (in or around 900 BC). Now, technology has made it feasible, and it is happening – a real chance at a GLOBAL COMMUNITY.

ONE WORLD COMMUNITY (and GOVERNMENT) – What is it?

GLOBALISM. Publications like Wikipedia or “The Economist” deliberately confuse the term Globalism and the aims of Globalism by asserting there are various kinds of ‘Globalism’. (disassembling the word into component parts and delving into fabricated systems).

Merriam-Webster’s definition is a close approximation, saying ‘Globalism’ is “a national policy of treating the whole world as a proper sphere for political influence, similar to imperialism or internationalism”.

Socialists and communists say Globalism is the key to worldwide prosperity. But, the truth is that they know it is the key to controlling people under the dictatorial rule of godless communism.

AGENDA 21 – WHAT IS IT?

Further evidence is found in Agenda 21 documents. Agenda 21 initially claimed to be a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.

Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Statement of principles for the Sustainable Management of Forests were adopted by more than 178 Governments at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 3 to 14 June 1992.

Although touted as ‘a non-binding resolution’ this UN agency formed The Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD) in December 1992 to ensure effective follow-up of UNCED, to monitor and report on implementation of the agreements at the local, national, regional and international levels. It was agreed that a five-year review of Earth Summit progress would be made in 1997 by the United Nations General Assembly meeting in special session.

The full implementation of Agenda 21, the Program for Further Implementation of Agenda 21 and the Commitments to the Rio principles, were strongly reaffirmed at the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 26 August to 4 September 2002.

There was a World Summit on Sustainable Development, held in New York City, NY, USA, September 15-17, 2015,, in which a date of 2030 has been set for complete global dominance by this Marxist global movement.

Finally, the next World Summit on Sustainable Development will be held on February 16-18, 2022

Agenda 21 has now become involved in forty areas ranging from SOCIAL and ECONOMIC DIMENSIONS to poverty, consumption issues, health matters, deforestation, legal instruments and implementation and everything in between, including The World Health Organization, which is closely allied to and aligned with the World Summit on Sustainable Development. The World Health Organization has revamped their website to conceal this fact. Their previous web address was https://www.who.int/wssd/en/, but when you click the link you will find they have concealed any mention of the WSSD.

The United States is a signatory country to Agenda 21. But adherents quickly remind us that because Agenda 21 is “a legally non-binding statement of intent” and not a treaty, the United States Senate did not hold a formal debate or vote on it. It is therefore not considered to be law under Article Six of the United States Constitution, or say they say.

However, President GEORGE H.W. BUSH was one of the 178 heads of government who signed the final text of the agreement at the Earth Summit in 1992, and in the same year Representatives NANCY PELOSI, Eliot Engel and William Broomfield spoke in support of United States House of Representatives Concurrent Resolution 353, supporting implementation of Agenda 21 in the United States.

Then president, BILL CLINTON, signed a 1993 Executive Order, creating the President’s Council on Sustainable Development (PCSD) is explicitly charged with recommending a national action plan for sustainable development to the President. So, bypassing Congress, Clinton, made it law.

The President’s Council on Sustainable Development is composed of leaders from government and industry, as well as from environmental, labor and civil rights organizations.

The President’s Council on Sustainable Development submitted its report, “Sustainable America: A New Consensus”, to the President in early 1996. In the absence of a multi-sectoral consensus on how to achieve sustainable development in the United States, the President’s Council on Sustainable Development was conceived to formulate recommendations for the implementation of Agenda 21.

The United States has nearly half of the ICLEI’s global membership of 1,200 cities promoting sustainable development at a local level.

The United States also has one of the most comprehensively documented Agenda 21 status reports. In response to the opposition, Don Knapp, U.S. spokesman for the ICLEI, has said “Sustainable development is not a top-down conspiracy from the U.N., but a bottom-up push from local governments”.

ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT

The Bible tells us of a time when world events will collide in a world-wide cataclysm. We are seeing what appears to be the finals acts of that day.

The Bible warns us of wars and rumors of wars, nations rising against nations, earthquakes, famines, drought, disease and death. We are warned of false Messiahs, a horrific persecution of Christians, world-wide and a great falling away from the faith.

All of these things have already occurred and have been ongoing since the death and resurrection of Jesus – except for the Apostasy, the great falling away, but we now have signs that the Apostasy has begun.

We are told that “AFTER THE TRIBULATION OF THOSE DAYS”, seemingly the first FIVE SEALS as described above and in the book of Matthew chapter 24 and the book of Revelation chapters 6 and 7, the world will witness great cosmic disturbances as never seen by mankind.

During these times, the Bible (the books of Daniel and of The Revelation) foretells of coming a World Government, headed by a highly intelligent and charismatic individual who is able to lead a great and fierce army, conquering many. He will be able to deceive many and to do miraculous deeds, and will take control of a worldwide empire and the lives of every person on earth.

I have outlined the SEALS of the Tribulation, below for easy reference in order to point out what is now at hand. I am showing Jesus Word to His disciples, taken from the book of Matthew, chapter 24, and I have added the corollary verses from the Book of Revelation: When Does the 7 years of The Great Tribulation Begin?

Revelation 8:1 says, “When the Lamb broke the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour.

Verse 2: “And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them.

Verse 3: “Another angel came and stood at the altar, holding a golden censer; and much incense was given to him, so that he might add it to the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar which was before the throne.

Verse 4: “And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, went up before God out of the angel’s hand.

Verse 5: “Then the angel took the censer and filled it with the fire of the altar, and threw it to the earth; and there followed peals of thunder and sounds and flashes of lightning and an earthquake.

Verse 6: “And the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound them.

When the Lamb broke the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. This discourse on the tribulation is now into the 7th seal!

COULD THIS BE THE RAPTURE?

Another angel came and stood at the altar, holding a golden censer; and much incense was given to him, so that he might add it to the prayers of all the saints on the golden altar which was before the throne.

Ask these questions: WHO & WHERE?

I repeat, for emphasis,

ALL THE SAINTS, (Who?)
BEFORE THE THRONE. (Where?)

There is also a “Woe” to those still on earth, but it seems there are no more references to The Church, to disciples or Christ followers on earth after this event.

Now that Jesus has warned His followers of what to expect

He gives instructions on what we are to do:

Matthew 24:37 says,“For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah.

Those in that day had it wrong, all except Noah, and I wonder about us in the 21st Century prophecy experts?

Verse 37: “For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah.

Verse 38: “For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,

Verse 39: “and they did not understand until the flood came and took them all away; so will the coming of the Son of Man be.

Verse 40: “Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one will be left.

Verse 41: “Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one will be left.

Verse 42: “Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.

Verse 43: “But be sure of this, that if the head of the house had known at what time of the night the thief was coming, he would have been on the alert and would not have allowed his house to be broken into.

Verse 44: “For this reason, you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.

Verse 45: “Who then is the faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of his household to give them their food at the proper time?

Verse 46: “Blessed is that slave whom his master finds so doing when he comes.

Please, don’t be self-deceived.

1. For this reason, you also must be ready.

2. The faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of his household to give them their food at the proper time.

3. Blessed in that slave whom his master finds so doing when He comes.

For the coming of the Son of Man will be just like the days of Noah

Noah believed God against all the odds.
Noah obeyed God, all the time, by faith.
Noah stood against the contemporary wisdom and the taunts of those around him.
Noah got ready. Noah stayed ready.
Noah as the faithful and sensible slave whom his master put in charge of his household to give them their food at the proper time.
Noah is the Blessed Slave whom his Master found doing so when He came.
Noah and his household endured to the end and were saved!

Are you ready to be a Noah?

Have you started building the Ark of your Salvation by believing God by faith, against all the odds?

Are you obeying God? Are you doing what He has said to do to be ready?

Are you standing against contemporary wisdom and the taunts of those around you, both inside and outside the church?

Are you Ready for what is coming and may indeed already be here?

Are you being the faithful and sensible salve whom your Master has put in charge of your household to give them their food at the proper time?

Be the Blessed slave whom your Master finds doing so when He comes.

News Headlines. (2018)

The breaking of the 1st Seal in the Book of Revelation says we will hear of WARS and rumors of war and that we will hear of nation rising against nation

There have been thousands upon thousands of wars and conflicts since the time of Christ. Most notable for their scope and breadth are the

Religious Crusades (1095 – 1291, Muslims vs Latin Church, almost 2 million dead),
WWI (1914 – 1918, 17 million dead), and
WW2 (1939 – 1945, over 70 million dead).

As recently as 1978 the communist military coup on 27 April 1978, known as the Saur Revolution, when the People’s Democratic Party of Afghanistan, (PDPA), took power. Since that day, an almost continuous series of armed conflicts has dominated and afflicted Afghanistan.

The Syrian civil war has drawn the US, Russia, Iran, Turkey, The Kurds, ISIS into this conflict.

Wars and rumors of war is nothing new. So, when Jesus says, in Matthew 24:6-8, “You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end. “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes. “But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.”, to WHICH wars, rumors of wars, earthquakes and famines was Jesus referring? Those in AD 1? Those in AD69? Those later wars? No. Jesus was speaking in the present about an unfolding present and future event.

The LAST DAYS began in our around the birth of Jesus. This is confirmed by Jesus and several Apostles in Matthew 24, Hebrews 1:2, Hebrews 9:26, Acts 2:14-17, 2 Timothy 3:1, 1 Peter 1:20, 1 Peter 4:7, 2 Peter 3:3., Revelation 1:9, One of the first, most accurate, and most persistent advocates of the Pre-Wrath Rapture of the Church can be found at Zion’s Hope, with videos on this site. Earthquakes: A historical list of global seismic activity (link)

Compare what Jesus said, found in Matthew 24 and what John said in Revelation about these matters.

I have coupled the corollary verses:

Matthew 24:6 “You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end.

Verse 7. “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.

Verse 8. “But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.“

Revelation 6:1 says, Then I saw when the Lamb broke one of the seven seals, and I heard one of the four living creatures saying as with a voice of thunder, “Come.”

Verse 2. “I looked, and behold, a white horse, and he who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer.

Verse 3. “When He broke the second seal, I heard the second living creature saying, “Come.”

Verse 4. “And another, a red horse, went out; and to him who sat on it, it was granted to take peace from the earth, and that men would slay one another; and a great sword was given to him.”

But that is not yet the end…all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.

Wars and rumors of wars have been ongoing since the 1st century.

The breaking of the 2nd Seal brings outright warfare on a Global Scale.

We have now seen two world wars

We have seen ‘the sons of Ishmael’ warring with ‘the sons of Isaac’ on an global scale since the time of Christ.

So, how can we tell when the 1st and 2nd Seals of the ‘tribulation’ have been broken?

Let’s skip forward to the 5th Seal events found in Matthew and Revelation.

Matthew 24:9 “Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name.”

Revelation 6:9 When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained;

Verse 10: “and they cried out with a loud voice, saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, will You refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who dwell on the earth?”

Verse 11: “And there was given to each of them a white robe; and they were told that they should rest for a little while longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brethren who were to be killed even as they had been, would be completed also.”

THEN, they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you…”
Matthew 24:13 “But the one who endures to the end, he will be saved.

Once again, if we are not to endure these ‘tribulations’ why is Jesus warning us to “endure to the end”?

Matthew 24:15 tells us, Therefore when you see the ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand),

Verse 16: “Then those who are in Judea must flee to the mountains.

Verse 17: “Whoever is on the housetop must not go down to get the things out that are in his house.

Verse 18: “Whoever is in the field must not turn back to get his cloak.

Verse 19: “But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days!

Verse 20: “But pray that your flight will not be in the winter, or on a Sabbath.

Verse 21: “For then there will be a great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will.

Verse 22: “Unless those days had been cut short, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short.”

“When you SEE the Abomination of Desolation. (HEY, DISCIPLES, when you SEE IT? How can you SEE IT if you are not on earth?)

“For THEN there will be a great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will.

“…but for the sake of the ELECT”. (THE ELECT are still on earth at this point? The ELECT are still on earth at the 5th Seal of the tribulation? How is that even possible, if they will have been Raptured away?)

Matthew 24:29 says, “But immediately after the tribulation of those days THE SUN WILL BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON WILL NOT GIVE ITS LIGHT, AND THE STARS WILL FALL from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.

Verse 30: “And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and great glory.

Verse 31: “And He will send forth His angels with A GREAT TRUMPET and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.

Revelation 6:12 says, “I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood;

Verse 13: “and the stars of the sky fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind.

Verse 14: The sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Verse 15: “Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the commanders and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains;

Verse 16: “and they *said to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb;

Verse 17: “for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

Revelation 7:1 says, “After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth, so that no wind would blow on the earth or on the sea or on any tree.”

Revelation 7:9 says, “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands;

Verse 10: “and they cry out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”

Verse 11: “And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,

Verse 12: “saying, “Amen, blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen.”

Verse 13: “Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “These who are clothed in the white robes, who are they, and where have they come from?”

Verse 14: “I said to him, “My lord, you know.” And he said to me, “These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

RECAP

But, immediately after the tribulation of those days

THE SUN WILL BE DARKENED, AND THE MOON WILL NOT GIVE ITS LIGHT, AND THE STARS WILL FALL from the sky, and the power of the heavens will be shaken.

AND THEN, the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, AND THEN all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and THEY WILL SEE the SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and great glory.

And He will send forth His angels with A GREAT TRUMPET and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the FOUR WINDS , from one end of the sky to the other.

A great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues

(I mean no disrespect, but, since when is the Bible unable to count the number of anything? So, this must be an extraordinarily large number, perhaps from the time of creation?)

Standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches in their hands

and they cry out with a loud voice, saying “Salvation to our God who site on the throne, and to the Lamb.

THESE ARE THE ONES WHO COME OUT OF THE GREAT TRIBULATION, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. (This is just too clear to be misunderstood).

Revelation 7:15 says “For this reason, they are before the throne of God; and they serve Him day and night in His temple; and He who sits on the throne will spread His tabernacle over them.

Verse 16: “They will hunger no longer, nor thirst anymore; nor will the sun beat down on them, nor any heat;

Verse 17: “for the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will guide them to springs of the water of life; and God will wipe every tear from their eyes.”

IS THIS THE RAPTURE?

This is very clear:

These “ones who come out of the tribulation” are now in heaven along with the “great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues”

WARNING: Proceed with Caution

If you are in an Evangelical, Fundamentalist or Reformed church and do not hold tightly to a pre-tribulation Rapture view, there is a very good chance you may be lectured and corrected, and if you question a “traditional” pre-tribulation rapture view. You may be ridiculed, mocked, marginalized and even shunned by some church leaders, bible teachers and pastors.

As an example in case, I casually shared my concerns and changing views with a pastor / friend and his wife at our kid’s Christian school track meet one day. I asked his feeling about this. His face turned red, and he stated he wouldn’t hear it. His wife was equally angry and told me that I might be stuck here during the tribulation, but they would be in heaven. They both turned their backs to me and stopped talking to me.

The next time I took my oldest son to this pastor’s church to visit, the pastor met me at the door, made a show of stopping me, turning his back on me and making it clear to all that I was not welcomed in his church. He never talked to me again. His name is John Marks, an otherwise dear man and a Baptist pastor. And this was not the only occasion a church leader acted this way regarding this matter. So, beware.

However, this is an important message. Most Christians think that once they repeated “a simple prayer” and “got saved” that is all they needed to do to go to heaven. But, not everyone believes that is enough.

Our stated faith in Christ requires that we follow Him, which validates that statement. And Jesus tells us, clearly, what we are to DO if we are going to follow Him.

Don’t come up short.

When Will The Tribulation Begin?

So, how can we tell if

“The Tribulation”

Has begun?

(The very short version).

The most popular and widely accepted doctrine on the tribulation is that all Christians will be ‘Raptured’ off the earth and into heaven, BEFORE the tribulation starts. Once the Rapture has occurred, the tribulation will then begin.

I accepted the pre-tribulation-rapture-view without much thought. It was what I was told would happen and as a new Christian, I never questioned it.

Many years later, a friend and co-teacher, asked me to join him in teaching a Church class on a book about the Rapture and the Tribulation. My assignment was PRE-tribulation Rapture, and he would present and discuss the mid-tribulation rapture view.

It took me almost a year to prepare, and that study and preparation raised questions I could not ignore. For example:

1. Why was Jesus warning His disciples (and subsequent disciples or anyone who would eventually read His Words in the Bible) about coming events if they would not experience those events, if they would be raptured before the tribulation?

2. How can we tell WHICH ‘wars and rumors of wars, famines and earthquakes’ were the result of breaking of the first seal of the tribulation, because there have been thousands of them since Jesus said these words.

3. Was Jesus wanting to ‘scare’ listeners into believing by warning them ahead of time? (I think not. Trickery just doesn’t fit Jesus Character, and He tells us “do not be frightened” by these things.)

4. Jesus tells His disciples (and subsequent disciples or anyone who would eventually read His Word in the bible), in Matthew 24:6, that “You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end.”

Verse 7. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.

Verse 8. But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.

And a few verses later, Matthew 24:13 says, “But the one who endures to the end, he will be saved.”

Why is Jesus telling us that we should not be frightened by the WARS, RUMORS OF WARS, NATIONS RISING AGAINST NATIONS, FAMINES, EARTHQUAKES, and that we must ENDURE TO THE END TO BE SAVED if we will have been raptured and out of harms way?

5. When you compare Jesus’ Words in the book of Matthew with the words of John the Revelator in the Book of the Revelation, why do you get the very real sense that something about evangelical or reformed doctrines of the end times and the dispensational pre-tribulation rapture don’t line up with or doesn’t fit with what you literally read IN THE BIBLE?

(There are other daunting questions I had, but this is enough for this article)

I’m no scholar. But, that year of study changed my views, slowly at first. Now, after fifteen years of continued, diligent study and review, my mind is changed, permanently.

And, I am not alone. Well known and respected men and women like Pastor and teacher John Piper and missionary Corrie Ten Boom have come to this realization. Bible teacher and author and Biblical pioneer, Marvin Rosenthal, founder of Zion’s Hope Ministries, authored “The Pre-Wrath Rapture of the Church” revealing and promoting sound Biblical evidence overlooked by the bias of religious denominationalism.

AGENDA 21 – What is it?

Agenda 21, The United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (U.N.C.E.D.), 1992

Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment. (A cover for population control and a One World autocratic governance).

Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Statement of principles for the Sustainable Management of Forests were adopted by more than 178 Governments at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (U.N.C.E.D.) held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 3 to 14 June 1992.

The Commission on Sustainable Development (C.S.D.) was created in December 1992 to ensure effective follow-up of U.N.C.E.D., to monitor and report on implementation of the agreements at the local, national, regional and international levels.

Where did it originate?

Produced by the United Nations World Commission on Environmental and Development, authored by Gro Harlem Brundtland, VP of the World Socialist Party, the term Sustainable Development was first introduced to the world in the pages of a 1987 report (Our Common Future).

The term was first offered as official U.N. policy in 1992, in a document called UN Sustainable Development Agenda 21, issued at the U.N.’s Earth Summit, today referred to simply as Agenda 21.

The full implementation of Agenda 21, the Program for Further Implementation of Agenda 21 and the Commitments to the Rio principles, were strongly reaffirmed at the World Summit on Sustainable Development (W.S.S.D.) held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 26 August to 4 September 2002. The actual and basic goals of the United Nation’s Agentda-21 and the W.S.S.D are hidden behind the stated goals of, which will be reaffirmed at a world summit in 2022.

What is Sustainable Development?

According to its authors, the objective of sustainable development is to integrate economic, social and environmental policies in order to achieve reduced consumption, social equity, and the preservation and restoration of biodiversity. “Sustainablists” insist that every societal decision be based on environmental impact, focusing on three components; global land use, global education, and global population control and reduction.

Social Equity, Economic Diversity.

Staying true to form, Agenda 21 describes “Social Justice” as the right and opportunity of all people to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment.” They go on to say that “Redistribution of wealth. Private property is a social injustice, since not everyone can build wealth from it. National sovereignty is a social injustice.” Universal health care is a social justice. All part of Agenda 21 policy.

If you ever wondered where the American Democrat Party got its party platforms, now you know. They and their platform is Marxist and Communist. The enemy of America, in the White House and in control of Congress.

Public Private Partnerships (P.P.P.) are special dealings between government and certain chosen corporations which get tax breaks, grants and the government’s power of Eminent Domain to implement sustainable policy. Government-sanctioned monopolies.

Some ‘private sector initiatives’ benefiting from Public Private Partnerships (P.P.P.) are Smart Growth, Wild Lands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional Visioning Projects, STAR Sustainable Communities, Green jobs, Green Building Codes, “Going Green,” Alternative Energy, Local Visioning, facilitators, regional planning, historic preservation, conservation easements, development rights, sustainable farming, comprehensive planning, growth management, and others, which are liberal progressive programs initiated to implement the United Nation’s Agenda-21 programs of ultimately creating a One World Government..

Shaping Minds around Sustainable Development

As a global ideology, young minds must be indoctrinated. A U.N. initiated curricula has been launched worldwide. In the US, it is based on principles found in the Education for Sustainable Development Toolkit

Most importantly, this curriculum is centered on removing analytics, reason , and, cause and effect. Higher levels of education are not sustainable. From the Education for Sustainable Development Toolkit:

Generally, more highly educated people, who have higher incomes, consume more resources than poorly educated people, who tend to have lower incomes. In this case, more education increases the threat to sustainability

In the case of the United States, more education has not led to sustainability. Clearly, simply educating the citizenry to higher levels is not sufficient for creating sustainable societies. The challenge is to raise the education levels without creating an ever-growing demand for resources and consumer goods and the accompanying production of pollutants.

This is the deliberate “dumbing down” of America.

Who is behind it?

I.C.L.E.I. – Local Governments for Sustainability (formally, International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Communities like Cary pay I.C.L.E.I. dues to provide “local” community plans, software, training, etc. Addition groups include American Planning Council, The Renaissance Planning Group, International City/ County Management Group, aided by U.S. Mayors Conference, National Governors Association, National League of Cities, National Association of County Administrators and many more private organizations and official government agencies. Foundation and government grants drive the process.

What provides authority?

More than 178 nations, including the United States, adopted the United Nations Agenda 21 as official policy during a signing ceremony at the Earth Summit. US president George H.W. Bush signed the document for the US. In signing, each nation pledge to adopt the goals of Agenda 21. In 1995, President Bill Clinton, in compliance with Agenda 21, signed Executive Order #12852, effectively bypassing Congress, to create the President’s Council on Sustainable Development in order to “harmonize” U.S. environmental policy with U.N. directives as outlined in Agenda 21. The executive order directed all agencies of the Federal Government to work with state and local community governments in a joint effort “reinvent” government using the guidelines outlined in Agenda 21. We are under an illegal (international) law, ruling and dictating our future.

THE MYSTERY OF BABYLON

There is much debate and discussion about the identity of

To be clear, this discussion is interesting and is helpful to some, but generally, it has nothing to do with our salvation in Christ. It can be helpful in our preparation, as followers and disciples of Jesus for His return. We are to be about His Work in these Last Days. Some of the most popular guesses are that…

The Great Harlot could be Rome (the reemergence of Rome as a power),

Or, that even New York City, USA, could be the Great Harlot.

One view suggest that the Apostle Peter uses the word “Babylon” as a symbolic way of referring to the new world culture at war with the covenant community. The Whore of Babylon is the spirit of seductive culture, actively engaged in the deception and destruction of God’s people. That she rides upon “the beast” means she is propped up by the forces of anti-Christian government.

Just like the beast, who was, and is not and is about to rise, the “Whore” keeps on rising from the dead! A particular brand of her seductive charm may fall into the dust and be buried by the sands of time, but just you wait! Before you know it, she will rise again in another place, known by another name but waging the same destructive war against God’s covenant people. With that said…

The Bible calls this a mystery for good reason. But, in Revelation 17, we read, starting in

Verse 1 “Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls (NOTE: 9At this point, the 7 Seal Judgements are finished and the Church is with Christ, before the Throne of God in heaven) came and spoke with me, saying, “Come here, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters,

verse 2. “with whom the kings of the earth committed acts of immorality, and those who dwell on the earth were made drunk with the wine of her immorality.”

verse 3. “And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness; and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast, full of blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten horns.

verse 4. “The woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a gold cup full of abominations and of the unclean things of her immorality,

verse 5. “and on her forehead a name was written, a mystery,

verse 9 “Here is the mind which has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits,

verse 10. “and they are seven kings; five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come; and when he comes, he must remain a little while.

verse 11. “The beast which was and is not, is himself also an eighth and is one of the seven, and he goes to destruction.

verse 12. “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour.

verse 13. “These have one purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast.

verse 14. “These will wage war against the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because He is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those who are with Him are the called and chosen and faithful.”

verse 15. “And he said to me, “The waters which you saw where the harlot sits, are peoples and multitudes and nations and tongues.

verse 16. “And the ten horns which you saw, and the beast, these will hate the harlot and will make her desolate and naked, and will eat her flesh and will burn her up with fire.”

DAVID GUZIK commentary on Revelation Chapter 17: 3. (verse 9) Seven mountains associated with the beast.

“Here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits.”

a. The seven heads are seven mountains: Many quickly associate the seven mountains with Rome and the Papacy, because Rome is well known as the city on seven hills. Yet literally, the Greek word means mountains, not hills.

i. Many commentators – especially those who see all of Revelation fulfilled in history – regard the seven mountains as an irrefutable connection with Rome. Clarke is a good example of this when he writes, “This verse has been almost universally considered to allude to the seven hills upon which Rome originally stood.”

ii. But in the Bible mountains are sometimes a figure of governments (such as in Daniel 2:35) and the city of Rome is built on hills, not mountains.

b. The seven heads are seven mountains: It is probably better to see the seven mountains as representing the seven kings and kingdoms described in Revelation 17:10. Many people find the connection between religious Babylon and Roman Catholicism irresistible, yet it is flawed in the sense that there is no doubt that religious Babylon will incorporate a strong Roman Catholic element, but it will be much bigger than Roman Catholicism.

i. Tendencies for Roman Catholicism’s ultimate partnership with a one-world religion were evident in Pope John Paul II’s bizarre involvement with and approval of other anti-Christian religions.

ii. In addressing a “prayer gathering” of Christians, Muslims, Jews, Buddhists and others, Pope John Paul II told participants that their efforts were “unleashing profound spiritual energies in the world and bringing about a new climate of peace.” The Pope pledged that “the Catholic Church intends to ‘share in and promote’ such ecumenical and inter-religious cooperation.”

iii. The Catholic Review commented on this and said, “The unity of religion promoted by the Holy Father Pope John Paul II and approved by His Holiness the Dalai Lama is not a goal to be achieved immediately, but a day may come when the love and compassion which both Buddha and Christ preached so eloquently will unite the world in a common effort to save humanity from senseless destruction, and lead toward the light in which we all believe.”

4. (verse 10). Seven kings and kingdoms.

“There are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come. And when he comes, he must continue a short time.”

a. Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come: This is one of the more difficult passages in the Book of Revelation. Some explain these seven kings, five past, one present, and one to come in the succession of Roman Emperors in John’s era, but there are many historical difficulties with this approach. More likely, it is a reference to:

· Five have fallen refers to the five world empires before John’s day: Egypt, Assyria, Babylonia, Medo-Persia, and Greece

· One is refers to the world empire of John’s day: Rome

· The other has not yet come refers to the one world empire to come: a revival of the Roman Empire

b. When he comes, he must continue a short time: This seventh will quickly be taken over by an eighth – and will become the state of the Antichrist (Revelation 17:11).

NOTE: There are problems with this viewpoint as well (so some have taken the seven as symbolic). This plainly is a difficult passage!

5. (verse 11). The beast (the Antichrist) is clearly identified as the eighth king.

“And the beast that was, and is not, is himself also the eighth, and is of the seven, and is going to perdition.”

Is he, himself, also the eighth: He is of the seven in the sense that he shares characteristics with all previous world empires, but his fate is clear. Perdition means “destruction,” and the beast will be destroyed.

6. (verses 12-15) Ten kings to come, allies of the Antichrist.

“The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast. These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.” Then he said to me, “The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.

Ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet: This probably alludes to a ten-nation confederation (as in the toes of the Daniel 2:24-45 image), but some take ten as a symbolic number.

They are ten kingdoms which shall arise out of the fourth great kingdom there: ten European powers, which in the last time, in concert with and subjugation to the antichristian power, shall make war against Christ. In the precise number and form here indicated, they have not yet arisen… What changes in Europe may bring them into the required tale and form, it is not for us to say.” (Alford, 1866)

These are of one mind: Many have seen the European Union (formerly the European Economic Community) as the potential fulfillment of this. Perhaps, but now there are more than ten nations in this revived European power, and more on the way.

There is little doubt the EU itself claims to be a successor to the ancient Roman Empire. The EEC started in 1957, when six European nations met to talk about combining their nuclear, coal, and economic resources. They met together in Rome and signed the treaty of Rome – the beginnings of the present EU. In many places in Europe, the EU flag is just as prominent as any national flag.

ONE VIEW: We could still say what Alford wrote in 1866: “In the precise number and form here indicated, they have not yet arisen… What changes in Europe may bring them into the required tale and form, it is not for us to say.” But it will happen, and this confederation of nations will emerge as an heir to the ancient Roman Empire.

ANOTHER VIEW by DAVID ROSENTHAL: The 10 Nation Confederation, (THE HEADS), of the BEAST from Ezekiel 38, of Daniel 7,9 and Revelation 17:

Nation #1. Gog: A Reubenite, son of Shemaiah, the prophetic prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal, and Magog. Gog is identified as a descendant of the prophet Joel, and in Ezekiel 38–39, he is the chief prince of the tribes of Meshech and Tubal in the land of Magog, the mountainous region between Cappadocia and Media.

Nation #2. Magog: The 2nd son of Japheth, grandson of Noah, and progenitor of several tribes northward from Israel; the mountainous region between Cappadocia and Media and habitation of the descendants of Magog, son of Japheth and grandson of Noah

Nation #3. Rosh: “the Prince of Rosh” is Asiatic Russia receives confirmation from the Imperial Dictionary. “Evidence exists of an ancient people called Rosh, or Rhos, supposed to be the original stem from which the Russia or modern Russians have derived their race and name.” The scholar, Bishop Lowther says: “Rosh, taken as a proper name, in Ezekiel, signifies the inhabitants of Scythia, from whom modern Russians derived their name. We must conclude therefore, that Ezekiel’s “episode of Gog’s invasion” (A. B. Davidson) points irrefutably and undeniably to the Russians.

Nation #4. Meschack: Was a Chaldean. The Chaldeans inhabited the coastal area near the Persian Gulf. About 630 Nabopolassar became king of the Chaldeans and in 626 he forced the Assyrians out of Uruk and crowned himself king of Babylonia. Modern day Turkey.

Nation #5. Tubal: a region in east Asia Minor, perhaps nearly equal to Cappadocia

Nation #6. Persia: Iran

Nation #7. Cush (Ethiopia): located on either side or both sides of the Red Sea. As such, “Cush” is alternately identified in scripture with the Kingdom of Kush or ancient Ethiopia.

Nation #8. Put (Libya): Ancient Libya. In this sense, Libya was the whole known African continent to the west of the Nile Valley and extended south of Egypt. Herodotus described the inhabitants of Libya as two peoples: The Libyans in northern Africa and the Ethiopians in the south.

Nation #9. Gomer: (was the wife of the prophet Hosea (8th century BC), mentioned in the Hebrew Bible‘s Book of Hosea (1:3). Hosea 1:2 refers to her alternatively as a “promiscuous woman” (NIV), a “harlot” (NASB), and a “whore” (KJV) but Hosea is told to marry her according to Divine appointment. She is also described as the daughter of Diblaim.) The Hebrew name Gomer refers to the Cimmerians, who dwelt in what is now southern Russia, “beyond the Caucusus”, and attacked Assyria in the late 7th century BC.

Nation #10. Beth-Togarmah: Togarmah is a city mentioned in Assyrian and Hittite texts. It was north of Carchemish on an Assyrian trade route. It may be related to modern Gurun between the Halys and Euphrates Rivers))

These are the 10 Nation Confederation, (THE HEADS), of the BEAST Ezekiel 38, of Daniel 7,9 and Revelation 17. All are Islamic, the Center of which is MECCA (see video #2).

The common argument is for Rome which is built on 10 hills. Guzik deals with the assumption as incorrect.

These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast: Whatever their exact identity, their actions are clear. They join with the Antichrist in the war against Christ, in the battle alluded to in the sixth and seventh bowls (Revelation 16:12-21).

The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits: The harlot presides over peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues. This tells us that the harlot’s influence is worldwide, through her connection to the beast. This will be a truly one-world religion.

The interpretation of the harlot focuses on her relation to the beast: she is utterly connected to the beast and his government. If this sounds unthinkable, remember that throughout history, religion – not true Christianity – has often been the willing servant and supporter of tyrants.

I know this is a difficult subject and a ‘tough read’. So, I will conclude with…

“SO WHAT”?

While scholars may debate some of the fine details of this particular vision, the main points of application seem abundantly clear:

#1. We are crossing the threshold of a Global Transformation – and it does not look good for most people.

#2. By all indicators, God’s prophecy of the End of Days is well under way.

#3. The Bible says events will turn cataclysmic – very soon.

#4. Culture is not neutral. You will have to choose sides by your actions. Talk won’t work.
#5. Satan is boldly walking through the front door of a worldwide governmental alignment, even as I write this.
#6. The devil is encroaching through the backdoor of seduction, idolatry, technology, perverse entertainment and has crept into the church. He is now in the church, deceiving many.

#7. The majority of the Church is either compromised, asleep, ignorant or afraid to engage the enemy.
#8. A remnant is rising at the Voice of God.

#9. God is calling and it is time you and I mobilize and do the Works Jesus has commanded.
#10. Doing nothing, except being nice and “going to church”, assures you of nothing!
